Cross Wind Farm – Aged Goat Cheddar

Crafted by Cross Wind Farm, a family-owned dairy goat operation near Peterborough, Ontario, this aged goat cheddar represents two decades of passion and expertise.

Founded in 2006 by Kevin and Cindy, the farm began with the careful restoration of a historic 1800s barn and has since become a trusted source of exceptional goat cheese.

Made from fresh raw milk, this cheddar develops complex, tangy notes with a creamy texture that deepens with age.

Perfect for cheese boards, cooking, or enjoying on its own, it’s a taste of Ontario’s artisanal dairy heritage.
