Garlic scapes

Elevate your cooking with garlic scapes, the delicate stems harvested from the garlic plant gathered at summer’s peak.

More subtle and refined than fresh or dried garlic, these aromatic treasures release a beautiful fragrance during cooking that enhances without overwhelming.

Use whole or ground in soups, stocks, and vinaigrettes, or stir into marinades and dips for gentle garlic character.

Transform vegetable and potato pures with their pleasing warmth, or scatter into papillotes, fish, seafood dishes, quiches, and omelettes for sophisticated depth.
