Mancini Pastificio Agricolo produces pasta exclusively with the durum wheat that they grow and harvest annually in the heart of Le Marche region, Italy, resulting every year in a seasonal product reflective of each years agricultural conditions.

Theyuse circular bronze dies and dry the short pasta at temperatures below 55 C, taking about 24 hours.

TheTuffoliare 40 mm long and have a diameter of 26.7 mm.
Cooking time is 10-12 minutes.
