Top Shelf Preserves Strawberry Jam

Classic comfort. Old fashioned strawberry jam with a heady berry aroma, lemony brightness, and a balanced sweetness befitting of this classic flavour. Picture this jam oozing over hot buttered toast. Its got a softer set than our other flavours. Great with nut butter.

ingredients: strawberries, sugar, lemons, apple pectin.
